Yes, on VIRTUAL PLANS ONLY. TDL Centers offers flexible lease terms on office rentals.
What deposits are required up front at lease signing for an office rental?
TDL Centers requires only first and last month rent at lease signing. NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
Included in the monthly rental rate is High Speed Internet, Conference Room Time, Fully Furnished Offices, on site Receptionist and use of the Shared Fax Line.
Yes, a virtual client can transition into office space at any time without penalty and, any credits on account for the virtual plan will be applied to the office rental rate.
Yes, incoming calls with a virtual mail and phone plan can be forwarded to another number.
No, there is an additional $50 per month, per phone line charge for phone service provided through TDL Centers.
TDL Centers requires 30 day notice prior to Lease Expiration / Contact Expiration date, for either an office rental or virtual plan.
